Came here on Tuesday morning, 30 minutes after opening with my two nieces. They had a great time but the guy who was working the prize booth was a total buzzkill! Completely cold demeanor... no smile... not even a hello. Manager should hire people with better customer service! Won't be coming back for a while after this last experience.

    Usually pretty clean.
Service here is seriously lacking! One person running cashier, prize station, and to help?
    Ridiculous.
Walks off in middle of transactions, keeps people waiting and waiting. PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF

    food is seriously over priced

GHETTO!!!!    I paid $60 for pizza and games and someone STOLE my 5yr old's play pass while he was playing the race car game, he had about 30min left on it when stolen.  The manager said we were out of luck because I didn't keep the receipt, I had thrown it away with the leftover pizza.

CEC Concord feels more like a sleazy carnival game and less like a fun kids environment.  Who steels from a 5yr old?  Who tells a 5yr old that they are out of luck?  The manager couldn't care less about the kids.

The pizza is NASTY!  They started coating their flavorless crust with garlic butter- it's so greasy that it's nauseating, yet so expensive!

A few of the games were broken- womp womp.

The bathroom was soo nasty, there were turds floating in the toilets and it stunk, even my boys were too grossed out to go in there (and nothing usually grosses them out)

Did I mention how Expensive this place is?  $60 for a medium pizza and two play passes (one of which was stolen).  I feel gross for wasting so much money there.

I recently took my son to chucke cheese in Concord, CA And he got one of the prizes. We actually come here atleast once a week and I spend about $200 everytime. The most expensive prize on the shelf. It was like a nerf gun. Which was 6 thousand tickets. Which according to chucke cheese is equivalent to $60. So I get the prizes for him and we take it home and open it. Then realize it needs batteries. So we put brand new Duracell batteries in. And it doesnt work. So I try another set of batteries. And still doesnt work. I take it back to chucke cheese a few days later and tell them it doesnt work at all and i need to exchange it for another. They told me no. They told me once I leave the building, it's out of their hands. That they will not exchange it for a working one. So I ask them why, it doesnt work. And it's the most expensive prize on the board and it is defective. She, the manager said she doesnt care, she will not change it. And she wont change any prize for anyone. So I asked. How am I supposed to know that the product they are selling me doesnt work, and how am I supposed to know it needs batteries? What am I supposed to bring batteries every where I go? She said that if that makes me feel better I can do that, but if we leave out of the building with a toy. They can do nothing about it. I believe this is fraud. They probably have many toys that dont work. And especially the most expensive ones. They are conning children and parents to spend tickets and money on things that do no work. This really needs to be fixed. I will also be talking to my lawyer about this and also the news so other parents and families know to be careful to purchase anything from here. AND ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER, BRING BATTERIES.

Won't be coming here again. Thought we could get a pizza and let the kids play in the meantime but that was a waste of time. We ordered our pizza at 7:25. 35 minutes goes by and I see everybody's pizzas coming out except ours. Another 10 minutes goes by and we go check with the cashier who took our order on what's going on with the pizza.  She checks in the back and tells us they gave our pizza to someone else. Umm. Isn't that why they give you numbers to put on the table so they know where to take the order. No, I think she just forgot to put our order in even after we asked her about our pizza order when we bought the play card. Pizza finally comes out 10 min later and we needed another plate. Go up to the front to ask for another plate and she says just a min because she's listening to another conversation. Really!? You might be ok if you're just here to play.
